Email triggered by a user's action or tied directly to a transaction they initiated. Account confirmations, password resets, OTPs, magic links, receipts, order confirmations, shipping notifications, invoices, account-change alerts. One message per user action, not bulk sends to a list.
No. LexlabMTA is transactional-only. Marketing campaigns, newsletters, cold outreach, drip sequences, and any unsolicited or promotional bulk send are not supported. Accounts sending those will be terminated without refund. If marketing is what you need, we'll point you at a platform designed for it: Mailgun, SendGrid Marketing, Postmark Broadcasts, or similar.
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are configured before your first send. Bounce processing and feedback loops with the major mailbox providers run automatically. Blacklist status is monitored continuously through the dashboard. If an IP gets listed, we handle delisting and can rotate to a clean IP. Included in your subscription, no extra charge.
Yes. Every plan includes IPs allocated only to you. Multi-Host adds redundancy with automatic failover across three IPs. VDS plans give you a reserved IP block on a dedicated server. Your sending reputation is influenced only by what you send, not by anyone else on the platform.
24 to 48 hours after confirmed payment. You receive SMTP credentials, HTTP API key, dashboard login, and the DNS records to add at your domain (CNAME for DKIM, TXT for SPF and DMARC). Once those propagate, you're sending.
Standard 48-hour response on all plans, via support form or Telegram. Priority Support is a $10/mo add-on that brings response time to 1–2 hours, direct Telegram contact, and priority on blacklist or deliverability incidents. Routine requests (credential resets, IP rotations, DNS questions) are usually handled within hours either way.
