Legal Disclaimer
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Please Read Carefully
This disclaimer applies to every product, service and piece of content LexLab provides. By using the site or anything bought from it, you accept the points below. They sit alongside the Terms of Service, which govern if the two ever disagree.
1. What We Provide
LexLab provides:
- Python/Django engineering and custom development, quoted per statement of work
- LexlabMTA and LexLab Relay, dedicated-IP SMTP subscriptions
- VPS and Windows RDP hosting on resold Contabo servers
- Domain registration and DNS
- Software tools and website templates as digital downloads
- Marketplace listings from third-party sellers; we relay the order to the seller and do not hold payment on their behalf
- An SMM panel, with orders relayed to an upstream provider
- A prepaid wallet
- Free tools (email verifier, DNS and SMTP checker, MX lookup, redirect checker) and the free security research hub
Tools and templates are tools and templates only. They are not configured for any particular purpose, lawful or otherwise. How you deploy and use them is your decision and your responsibility. Infrastructure we provision for you (servers, SMTP, domains) is handed over working; what you run on it afterwards is yours.
2. Lawful Use Only
Everything on the site is intended for lawful business, personal and educational use. Building a web application for a real business, running your own opted-in mailing list, learning to code from a template, standing up an internal dashboard, testing your own systems: those are the uses we have in mind. Anyone who uses our products or infrastructure for anything else is in breach of the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy, and we act on it.
3. No Endorsement of Illegal Activity
LexLab does not promote, encourage or assist fraud, phishing, identity theft, money laundering, investment scams, the impersonation of any business or institution, or any other unlawful activity. No product listing, marketing text or message from us should be read as encouragement to break the law.
4. Your Responsibility
If you use LexLab products you are responsible for:
- Complying with the laws and regulations that apply where you are and where your users are
- Obtaining any business licence, permit or regulatory approval your operation needs
- The legality of your business model
- All content you create, host, send or distribute with our products
- Securing what you deploy and protecting the data of the people who use it
- What your end users do on platforms you run
We do not vet, and cannot vet, the legality of what every customer builds. That is on you.
5. Templates and Tools with Financial Features
Templates or tools that simulate banking, trading or investment features are demonstration software. They are not licensed financial services and do not make a deployed site one. The operator of any deployed site is responsible for licensing and compliance in every jurisdiction where it is offered. LexLab does not provide legal, financial or regulatory advice.
6. Security Research and Free Tools
The research hub publishes detections, hardening guides and incident-response material reproduced in an isolated lab. It is published for defensive use: to help people find and stop the attacks described. Use it against systems you own or are authorised to test. The free tools (email verifier, DNS and SMTP checker, MX lookup, redirect checker) are best-effort utilities with no accuracy guarantee, and we may change or remove them at any time.
7. No Warranty
Everything is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In particular, LexLab makes no representation about:
- The suitability of any product for a particular purpose
- The accuracy, reliability or completeness of any content, including research findings and free-tool results
- Error-free or uninterrupted operation
- Whether any product meets a specific regulatory requirement
- Delivery by a marketplace seller or an upstream SMM provider
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, LexLab and the operator are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages; lost profits, data or business; legal consequences of your misuse of a product; third-party claims against you; regulatory fines or penalties you incur; or criminal liability for your own actions. Our total liability is capped as set out in Section 8 of the Terms of Service.
9. Indemnification
By using LexLab products you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LexLab and the operator from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use or misuse of our products, your breach of any law, your breach of our terms or policies, third-party claims related to anything you deploy, and any fraudulent, illegal or harmful activity you carry out.
10. Cooperation with Authorities
LexLab cooperates with law enforcement and regulators. We respond to valid legal requests and court orders, may report suspected illegal activity, provide account records where the law requires it, and assist investigations into fraud, abuse or crime. What we hold is listed in the Privacy Policy.
11. Suspension and Termination
Accounts that breach the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, are reasonably suspected of fraud or illegal activity, draw a valid complaint from law enforcement or a third party, or put our infrastructure or other customers at risk can be suspended or terminated immediately. Fees for a service terminated for a breach are not refunded. Section 10 of the Terms of Service has the detail.
12. Governing Law
This disclaimer is governed by the law and venue set out in Section 15 of the Terms of Service.
