Yes. You can use your own domains, or we provide sending domains at no extra cost. Most clients use a mix of both -- our domains for cold outreach and theirs for branded campaigns.
You keep full access until the end of your billing period. After that, servers are decommissioned and credentials are revoked. No partial refunds for unused days.

We refund within the first 7 days if we fail to deliver a working SMTP setup. After delivery, the service is non-refundable since infrastructure has already been provisioned.
